Philosophy and Inspiration

Ingelore and the Material of Choice Aluminium Reliefs as a Warm Welcome In addition to classic painting, Ingelore Kreienborg creates reliefs, mosaics, and sculptures. She enjoys it when her bold colours and the subtle messages hidden within her works add another dimension. The materials she uses are custom-made for clients and tailored to their environment. This way, form becomes colour and statements become tangible. The results are touching creations, for example, for entrances to businesses, clinics, or offices. They can also take the form of bow sculptures for yachts. All in Green Something unusual stands in the space. Either it is fully integrated into a green setting, or it appears unexpectedly behind a hedge. Ingelore Kreienborg celebrates nature with her sculptures. Created from various materials, her works bring joy through their colours and shapes. Playful yet profound. Suitable for parks, private gardens, or the outdoor spaces of companies. Glass Art Ingelore Kreienborg has worked extensively with Venetian Murano glass. Using the finest glassmakers there, her designs have transformed into unique objects such as bowls, ornate vases, and light sculptures for living spaces, offices, or conference rooms. Her work is often provocative and inspires curiosity. A well-chosen colour accent becomes the focal point of any space. The glass objects effectively connect the owner, the recipient, or the observer to their surroundings. Her inspirations come from her environment. Constant observation, collecting impressions, and sketching—her mind serves as the archive for her ideas. Shaped by Life: About Ingelore Kreienborg From a young age, Ingelore Kreienborg aspired to work as a freelance artist. However, the road was not straightforward. Initially, she studied Communication, Aesthetics, and Natural Sciences at the University of Bremen before deciding to pursue her artistic passion. In 1989, she successfully completed her degree in art. Her work has been exhibited in Switzerland and Spain. In 2002, she showcased her paintings at the Sharjah Art Museum and the Culture Foundation in the United Arab Emirates. Over the following two years, she travelled extensively, presenting her work in Sharjah and Dubai. From 2012 to 2015, her works were featured in multiple exhibitions at the ARTIFACT Gallery in New York. Today, her art is regularly exhibited both nationally and internationally, gaining public recognition. For a long time now, Ingelore Kreienborg has also worked on commission for businesses, clinics, law firms, private clients, and collectors. See for yourself
